WebTech has recently announced Secure Share: a new file-sharing service to replace the existing Slashtmp. Secure Share features an enhanced user experience and streaming client-side encryption to ensure data is secure as it is uploaded and downloaded. The new service also features a way for users to quickly and easily create an encrypted file to share pieces of secure information (e.g. passphrases) without needing to create a file on their computer first.
Starting September 30, 2022, Slashtmp will go into read-only, and all users will need to transition to using Secure Share to send files.
If you support users who regularly use Slashtmp, please share this new service with them and encourage them to start using it now.
