Biography
Mary Bonk currently serves as the Vice President for Advancement Data, Support & Technology Services for IU Foundation (IUF) and IU Alumni Association (IUAA). She is the Data Steward and Access Coordinator for Advancement (IUF & IUAA). Her current responsibilities include oversight of data standards, data acquisition and maintenance, business solutions for managing data and processes, safeguards for data security, user support, training, project management, business systems & process analysis, provision of hardware and software, technology infrastructure, systems integrity, and IT security for IUF and IUAA.
Mary began her tenure at IUF in 1993 as Director of Account Services, overseeing account administration, facilities, and insurance, and then moved into the role of AVP for Administration before transitioning to her current position. Before joining IUF and IUAA, Mary worked in public accounting and later in healthcare financial management and decision support. She is a CPA and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
