Biography
Laura Kress is a graduate of Indiana University and currently serves as the University Director, HR Records and Information Management Services, in University Human Resources (UHR). Laura has been in this role since December, 2007. Prior to her current role, Laura worked for University Information Technology Services for 10 years. Laura’s current responsibilities include providing system support, training, and access management for the HRMS, HR E-Doc, and ePTO systems and directing all related reporting needs. Additional operational responsibilities include managing and providing customer service for all benefit enrollment processes, and transaction processing and records retention for the Bloomington campus. The data managed in Laura’s portfolio is focused on Staff and Temporary employee/employment data university-wide and Benefits data for all employees, university-wide.
